1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TableTop TCG ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to buy or sell on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Seller Obligations

3.1 Verification: All sellers must complete identity verification through Stripe Identity before listing items.

3.2 Accurate Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, clear photos, and honest condition assessments of all cards.

3.3 Authenticity: Sellers guarantee that all listed cards are authentic. Counterfeit cards are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Shipping: Sellers must ship items within 2 business days of purchase and use appropriate protective packaging.

4. Buyer Obligations

4.1 Payment: Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping fees.

4.2 Disputes: Buyers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving an item to be eligible for dispute resolution.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Commission: TableTop TCG charges 8% commission on sales under $500 and 5% on sales $500 and above.

5.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. Standard Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

5.3 Payouts: Seller payouts are processed 2-3 business days after buyer confirmation of receipt.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Selling counterfeit or fake cards
  • Misrepresenting card condition or grading
  • Engaging in price manipulation or shill bidding
  • Harassing other users
  • Attempting to circumvent platform fees
  • Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by TableTop TCG or its licensors. Pokémon and all related trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Dispute Resolution

TableTop TCG provides a dispute resolution service for transactions. Our decisions are final. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and a $15 fee if the seller is not at fault.

9. Limitation of Liability

TableTop TCG is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete transactions.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Platform's integrity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
