Shipping costs are set by individual sellers and displayed before checkout. Most sellers offer multiple shipping options.

For Sellers
Shipping Requirements
All cards must be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Use appropriate protective materials (toploaders, sleeves, bubble mailers).
Tracking
Tracking is required for all sales over $100. Recommended for all transactions.
Packaging Guidelines
Raw Cards (Ungraded)
- Place card in a penny sleeve
- Insert into a rigid toploader
- Secure with painter's tape (never tape directly to toploader)
- Use bubble mailer or cardboard sandwich
- Include "Do Not Bend" marking on envelope
Graded Cards (PSA/BGS/CGC)
- Wrap slab in bubble wrap (2-3 layers)
- Use small box or thick bubble mailer
- Fill empty space with packing material
- Mark as "Fragile" on exterior
- Always include tracking for graded cards
High-Value Cards ($500+)
- Use signature required delivery
- Consider insurance
- Double-box for extra protection
- Take photos of packaging process

Common Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your card arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us immediately through our support system. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We'll work with the seller to resolve the issue.
Tracking Not Updating
Sometimes tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the seller ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact the seller directly.
Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address.
